Step by step to work on the website revamp process. Start from collaborate with other committees' and members' opinions and insight toward the old website, reference and provide art direction to vendor, work on the site map, approval on wireframe, UI and UX. Work closely with tech vendor to stick with the schedule, items and bug check; Prepare tutorials for members and Q&A to help learn how to use CMS.

Objective on revamp

There were so many complains on the old website including the website and dashboard since the UI and UX were outdated.

 

 

Research - Art direction, Functions

We started to looking for other society of illustrators website on how they works and how they showcase members’ artwork. These included Society Illustrators Artists Designers, The Society  of Illustrators of Los Angeles and more. The best one we all love on styling and UX is Illustrators Australia.
